Shipping

We shall dispatch orders within 3-5 business days for all products of order placement and all shipping times are estimated to be anywhere between 3-10 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Scribblegiri is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Scribblegiri. We shall endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Scribblegiri, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.

Cancellations

We will be able to accept a cancellation request any time before we ship your order. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund in2-3 business days following cancellation of order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, return it to us in the condition you received it in, in the original packaging, within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. The original shipping costs will be excluded in this arrangement.

In an unlikely event that that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest.
